There had been an ad for Subaru Forester so we ventured into Auto Gallery and were welcomed by Tristan. He was welcoming, friendly and approachable but more importantly he was knowledgeable in all aspects of options and features of the car. We couldn’t be happier with the our purchase and HIGHLY recommend Subaru and Auto Gallery. Andrew the GM was fabulous and helped solve our issue as we waited for financing even holding the vehicle indoors for us. He was also so knowledgeable about the Subaru brand. Came to buy one, ended up buying 2. Staff was really helpful and awesome. I got the best deal so far by Chris. Our sales rep. (Aurora) went above and beyond to help us. Chris 2 (coz there are 2 chris) was easily approachable and did everything he could to get me and my brother approved. My brother bought 2025 Subaru Impreza RS and I bought white 2024 Subaru Impreza Touring. NGL, the cars are pretty sick, packing lots of power and comfort. Thank you Subaru for these awesome fun to drive cars.

Thanks to Tristan, Dallas, and some help from Chris and a manager I don’t recall the name of unfortunately, they all exceeded expectations and were more than helpful enough to get me into this beautiful car! Very up coming with information and went through any questions I may have had; had they already answered them. Further answering any questions and concerns I did have as well! This place has the up most ladies, and gents n they definitely have my vote to recommend anyone going there if you’re interested in getting yourself into a new or used vehicle. Can’t forget to mention the receptionists were outstanding as well. Compared to the past year’s experience and things I’ve had and heard about this place, forget about it. I booked in for an oil/filter change as well as a full detail. While there was some initial miscommunication, the customer service was excellent and my truck looked amazing. Service was timely when I had concerns leaving my vehicle overnight. Infact, they managed to run fans to ensure I had my vehicle back that evening. The shuttle service was excellent.
Received a complementary oil change at 15,600 km on my 2024 Subaru Outback. Staff very professional in greeting and welcoming us to business. They took the time to explain what services they had done and provided a checklist showing the services. Mentioned I would need a new air and cabin filters at the next service interval. I would have received a complementary car wash, but it was raining! Next time.
